Gold Fox Gods

A pair of gilt wood carved ‘Tamagiku Inari-daimyojin’ (Inari Fox Gods) housed in a miniature shrine together with a paper Gofu (Shinto talisman).

One fox holds a key in the mouth and the other has a ‘hoju’ (precious orb) on its head.

Expected aging and deterioration as seen.
